The service
PhotoWash Pro uses automated systems to identify and remove accidental photobombers and distracting clutter from photos you choose. Automated cleanup is imperfect. Some photos will remain unchanged, some appropriate edits may be missed, and an accepted cleanup may occasionally contain an artifact. You are responsible for reviewing a cleaned photo before relying on, publishing, printing, or sharing it.
PhotoWash Pro does not promise beautification, identity verification, evidence enhancement, restoration of missing historical detail, or professional forensic editing.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that defeats service limits or use another person’s identity without permission. You may delete your account through the app or the external deletion pathway.
Your photos and permission
You retain ownership of your photos and cleaned outputs. You grant Latentium Labs Inc. a limited permission to copy, transmit, analyze, transform, store, and delete only the content needed to provide and secure PhotoWash Pro. This permission ends when the applicable content is deleted, except for transient backups and records legally required to be retained.
You must have the right to upload and process each photo. Do not use PhotoWash Pro to violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Originals on your device are outside the service and are never replaced by PhotoWash Pro.
Photo credits, prices, and refunds
One submitted photo uses one photo credit when commercial enforcement is enabled, whether or not PhotoWash Pro ultimately changes that photo. Credits are sold as one-time consumable packs, not subscriptions. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and storefront fees may differ by platform and country. The final localized price is shown by Apple, Google, or Stripe before purchase.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a bank balance. Verified refunds, disputes, or charge reversals may remove unused credits from the related pack, but the balance will not be made negative. Apple and Google purchases are also governed by their storefront terms and refund processes. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
You may not use PhotoWash Pro to process unlawful sexual content, exploitative content involving minors, content you are prohibited from possessing, or material intended to harass, deceive, impersonate, defame, or violate another person’s rights. You may not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or bypass limits or security controls of the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, control provider costs, or maintain service quality. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to completed cleanups during ordinary operation, but PhotoWash Pro is not an archival backup service. Save outputs you wish to keep.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PhotoWash Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every distraction will be found, every edit will be visually perfect, or the service will be uninterrupted. Latentium Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to PhotoWash Pro will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the previous twelve months or CA$100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Latentium Labs Inc. against third-party claims resulting from photos you lacked permission to process, your unlawful use, or your material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
