Include these details
- iPhone, Android, macOS, or Windows
- the email address on your account
- the approximate date of the wash
- what you expected and what happened
- the wash identifier, if the app shows one
Purchase help
For a missing photo-credit purchase, include the store, purchase date, and provider receipt identifier. Do not send full payment-card details. Apple and Google control their own refund approvals; Stripe purchases made through our web or direct-desktop checkout can be investigated by PhotoWash Pro support.
Privacy and deletion
You can delete an individual wash or start account deletion inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the web deletion pathway.
