Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we process identifiers such as your email address, authentication-provider identifier, session information, and account settings.
Selected photos and photo information
We receive private working copies of the photos you choose, along with technical information required to process them, such as dimensions, file size, format, integrity hashes, and safe capture metadata. We do not require access to photos you did not select.
Service, purchase, and device information
We maintain wash status, cleanup outcomes, credit balance, purchase and refund identifiers, export receipts, retention preferences, security events, and limited diagnostics. If you enable completion notifications, we store a device identifier and push token until you disable notifications or delete the account.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, upload and process selected photos, return cleaned versions, preserve results, prevent duplicate charges or processing, fulfill photo-credit purchases, send notifications you request, secure the service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use customer photos for advertising.
How photo processing works
Selected photos are transferred to private cloud storage. Automated systems inspect the complete photo to decide whether a cleanup is appropriate. Approved targets are segmented, removed within a bounded area, and checked before a cleaned copy is offered. A cleaned photo is a new file; the original on your device remains unchanged.
Uncertain or failed edits are kept as originals. Customer photos are not placed in a public gallery. PhotoWash Pro does not use your photos to train a customer-facing model unless we first provide a separate, explicit opt-in.
Service providers
We use carefully selected infrastructure and service providers to operate PhotoWash Pro, including Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Google cloud services and Gemini for automated photo judgment and quality review; Modal for isolated image-processing compute; RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for mobile purchase verification; Stripe for web and direct-desktop payments; and Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging when notifications are enabled. Providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations only for the services we request.
Retention and deletion
You may choose a 1, 7, or 30-day cloud retention period for PhotoWash working copies and cleaned results. Automatic deletion is queued after that period. You may also delete an individual wash sooner. Device originals and cleaned photos already saved to your device are outside PhotoWash Pro cloud deletion and remain under your control.
Account deletion disables notifications, deletes PhotoWash Pro cloud photo copies and account data, and removes the authentication identity after active processing has safely stopped and deletion has completed. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained where required by law, separated from active photo content.
Security and international processing
We use encrypted transport, private storage, user-scoped authorization, short-lived access links, least-privilege service identities, and immutable originals. Latentium Labs Inc. is based in Canada. Our providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other regions where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can change photo-retention settings, turn notifications off, delete individual washes, request account deletion, and contact us to request access or correction. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. To delete an account, use the in-app control or our account-deletion page.
Children
PhotoWash Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the minimum age permitted in their jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current revision date appears above. Questions may be sent to Latentium Labs Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at [email protected].
